The alterations and additions to this inner west house looked to maximise connection of living spaces to the outdoor areas and landscape offering maximum natural light, ventilation and amenity for the owners.
The rear double height addition and expansive glass facade to rear garden fills the new living space with abundant light. Whilst the footprint of the new additions is small in area, the volume and sense of space is grand whilst simultaneously intimate and focused.
f-stop 2 explores the relationship of light and aperture and the experience of space.
