COLLAROY TOP DOWN ADDITIONS

The client’s brief was to modify the internal configuration of the existing ground level with the addition of a front deck verandah and an upper storey bedroom level. The project renovation will refresh what is currently a bald and unarticulated brick and tile house with a new weatherboard clad façade and articulated filigree timber detailing. The visually pleasing design will have a positive impact on the streetscape, utilising a similar language and character to that of the surrounding locality.
